Our oil

The strict adherence to the disciplinary of DOP MOUNT ETNA (hand harvesting, everyday milling, cold extraction) gives us the production of an extra virgin olive oil without any qualitative change in the characteristics contained in the fruit, acidity and a very low amount of peroxide, a high quantity of polyphenols, vitamins and antioxidants.

The oil is packed in:

  • bottles: 0.25 - 0.50 - 0.75 liters
  • cans: 1 or 5 liters
