Azienda Agricola Fratelli Saletti was founded in Randazzo and boasts five generations of agricultural experience.

Our olive grove has grown alongside our family: our ancestors planted the first Nocellara Etnea trees at the end of the 19th century, and over the generations, alongside the centuries-old trees of the historic family grove, more than two thousand young olive trees have been planted and lovingly cultivated by the new generation of producers since the late 20th century. Today, we continue to care for this land, introducing advanced techniques to innovate while fully respecting production regulations, always preserving the values and qualities of our oil. Each harvest tells our story, our love for the land, and our deep connection with the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna.
