Fratelli Saletti olive oil originates between the Etna Park, the Nebrodi mountains, and the Alcantara River. It reflects the power of the volcanic soil, characterized by an unmistakable freshness thanks to the marked temperature variations on the northwest slope.

Area of ​​Origin: Randazzo (CT), north-west side of Etna.
Cultivar: Blend territoriale composto da Nocellara Etnea e Brandofino.
Altitude of Olive Groves: About 700 meters above sea level.
Harvest Period: October – November (at the beginning of veraison).
Collection Method: Manual (picking) to preserve the integrity of the fruit.
Processing: Delivered to the mill on the same day; strictly cold-pressed to preserve the antioxidant properties.

Appearance: Bright green color with warm golden reflections.
Olfactory Profile: Fresh and medium fruity, with notes of freshly cut grass and green tomato.
Taste Profile: Balanced and harmonious. It has a delicate bitterness and a pleasant, persistent spiciness.
